After taking a slight breath, tighten your lower abdomen and rub it clockwise for 36 times with both hands. This can help gastrointestinal motility. You will feel a slight warmth in your palms and abdomen when rubbing.

The third style: Dragon claw initial exploration to remove grease

Method: Open your hands slightly like dragon claws and gently knead the fattest area of ​​your abdomen. The liver, gallbladder and spleen are located in the upper right corner of the lower abdomen, and the stomach is located in the middle of the lower abdomen; knead the liver and gallbladder to remove fat, and knead the spleen and stomach to remove fatty meat. According to traditional Chinese medicine, kneading is more delicate than patting. If you feel pain when kneading, it means that the liver itself is not functioning well. Try to use as little force as possible at this time. Do not use more force as the pain increases, which may cause harm. Method: Hold the fattest part of your abdomen with both hands. First, breathe in quickly and forcefully while raising your hands upward, then exhale and relax. The most intense form is the patting exercise combined with breathing techniques, just like suddenly having to run a hundred meters. The brain will feel dizzy if it inhales too much oxygen at once. Some people feel dizzy before they can do 36 times, so we especially emphasize that it depends on the individual and you shouldn’t force yourself.
