How long does it take to train your abdominal muscles?

In today's society, both men and women want to have a healthy and beautiful body, which makes them look very attractive. Therefore, they will choose to go to the gym to exercise. But do you know how long it takes to exercise your abdominal muscles to achieve the desired results? Let’s take a look at the introduction to abdominal muscle exercises below.

1. Upper abdomen

Lie flat on your back, hold your head with your hands, bend your knees to 90 degrees, contract your shoulders, use your abdomen to lift your upper body, move it towards your thighs, but don't keep it close to your thighs. Leave a certain distance, then return to the starting point, but make sure your abdominal muscles are tight, and stand up quickly. Reminder: Keep your abdominal muscles tight from beginning to end, until you reach exhaustion. Do three to five sets a day, thirty to fifty reps in each set. Rest for one minute after each set. You can do muscle rest exercises every other day.

2. Lower abdomen

This is the location of the seventh and eighth abdominal muscles, and it is also the most difficult part to train. Specific method: Lie flat, place your arms naturally behind your hips, bring your legs together and lift them up to 70 to 80 degrees, then lower them close to the ground, but don't put them on the ground. In order to keep your lower abdomen tight, repeat the above movements. Tips: Three to five sets a day, twenty to thirty reps in each set. You can increase the intensity according to your physical condition. The effect will be better if you do it every other day.

3. Supine oblique single swing straight arm

Lie on your mat while lifting your upper body off the ground, stretch your arms straight out in front of you, then rotate your right arm to one side and back to the other side. Continue alternating rotations until exhaustion. The way to add resistance to this movement is to lie on the fitness ball and use extra strength because you need to balance.

Be careful not to overwork your muscles, just as our bodies need rest, so do our muscles rest between training. The key to exercise is staying hydrated and maintaining a healthy diet.
