1. Muscle strength control

When we do sit-ups, we should keep the abdominal muscles in a state of tension continuously without relaxation, and the speed should not be too fast; each set of movements should be done until the muscles feel a burning sensation. This is the correct way to do sit-ups.

2. Aerobic training

To lose fat, you must do aerobic exercise, which cannot be achieved by strength training or machine training alone. And you can't just run casually. You must make sure to continue exercising for more than 30 minutes each time you do aerobic exercise. Only then can you burn body fat.

3. Equipment training

Many people do bodyweight exercises and do not do abdominal training with equipment. This is an unscientific exercise method because when you reach a certain bottleneck, you need stronger stimulation to break through that barrier. The same applies to abdominal muscle training. Of course, you cannot force the weight of the equipment to be changed without deforming the movement.

4. Diet

The dietary guidelines for reducing fat and gaining muscle are basically: eat small meals frequently; do not overeat, and try not to eat fried and greasy foods; eat more fruits, vegetables and other green foods containing fiber and vitamins to ensure that the acid-base balance is maintained inside the body.
