Mountain climbing aerobic exercise:

Mountain climbing aerobics in the gym is also called a "climber". The design principle of the stair climber is based on the action of climbing stairs in our daily life. Because when we do stair climbing, the quadriceps on the front of the thigh, the posterior thigh muscles and gluteus maximus will all participate in the exercise. However, when we do the thigh up and down movement on the stair stepper, our knee joints will be put under much less pressure than actual stair climbing, and the damage to the knee joints is also less.

treadmill:

Treadmills are most effective in improving endurance, burning calories and reducing body fat. But these are not its only uses. Treadmills are very helpful for shaping both the lower and upper limbs.

Spinning bike:

Moreover, spinning mainly exercises the thighs and prevents the calves from becoming thicker due to excessive exercise. There are many sports equipment in the gym, and many of them are really good for slimming down your legs. My favorite sport is spinning. You can listen to music with headphones while exercising. I feel that this kind of life is really beautiful. The exercise time should not be too short. It should be at least half an hour to see the effect.
