The action process of bodyweight and single-leg squat:

Toes point outward, towards 11:05. Tuck in your stomach and lift your chest, with your back straight. Lower your thighs until they are parallel to the ground or your knees are slightly less than 90 degrees. Lift your other leg off the ground (you don't need to lift your foot for a bodyweight squat), and slightly bend your knees without hyperextending.

Squat exercise method:

Do 3 to 8 sets of 10 or more reps each, resting for 1 minute between each set.

1. Zama

In the first period, do the acupuncture three times a day, and each time last for 2 minutes.

In the second period, do the acupuncture three times a day, each time for 3 minutes.

After each session, bend over and stretch, then jump, and sprint several times with a jogging belt.

2. Frog jump

50 meters back and forth, three sets a day, one back and forth in each set.

3. Bicycle

Your buttocks must be pressed against the seat and your gear should be high.

4. Stand with your feet 2.5 times shoulder width apart, straighten your left leg and bend your right leg, then straighten your right leg and bend your left leg. This is a set. Repeat until you can't support yourself. After a month, you can do a thousand sets. This is the basic movement for getting started with Chen style Tai Chi. Remember to move around after exercise to prevent muscle stiffness.
