When you first start doing it, aim to do it 5 times in 10 seconds, and then speed up as you get used to it.

Leg reduction on bed

1. Place the pillow between your calves and sit on the edge of the bed with your thighs and calves at a 90-degree angle. Slowly lift your calves, hold this position for about three seconds, then lower them, and repeat the action ten to fifteen times.

2. Lie on the bed, stretch your legs, move one foot back and straighten the other foot. Do this exercise twenty to thirty times in turn until your calves feel tired.

3. Lie flat on the bed, support your waist with your hands, lift your legs up, and do the pedaling motion with your feet in the air. Do this for about 30 minutes and then you can rest!

4. Lie on your back, look straight at the ceiling, do not bend your knees, keep your legs together, close to your chest, then lift them up and bring them close again. Repeat this movement 15 times. If you keep doing this, the fat on your legs will disappear without you noticing.

Losing weight is a holistic process, so it is difficult to lose weight in a specific part of the body. But if you persist for a long time, your thighs will become noticeably thinner.
