If we substitute the analysis of kinematics into muscles and connective tissues, from the perspective of tissue elasticity: muscle tissue can be considered yang tissue, which is more elastic, soft and full of flowing air; connective tissue can be considered yin tissue, for example: ligaments, tendons, fascia and bones, which are drier, harder and stronger than muscles.
