The ancient Indians believed that people could achieve unity between man and nature, and they integrated different yoga practices into their daily lives and adhered to them unswervingly: practising yoga with the eyes, chanting Sanskrit in the ears, reflecting on oneself, and keeping one's promises in the heart, morality, selfless movements, a rational brain, religious responsibility, no desires, meditation, and the nature and creation of the universe.
