Yoga postures are an ancient and easy-to-master method to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities. It is a form of exercise that achieves harmony between body, mind and spirit. The ancient Indians believed that people could achieve unity between man and nature, and they integrated different yoga practices into their daily lives and adhered to them unswervingly: practising yoga with the eyes, chanting Sanskrit in the ears, reflecting on oneself, and keeping one's promises in the heart, morality, selfless movements, a rational brain, religious responsibility, no desires, meditation, and the nature and creation of the universe.
