Exhale, use your arms to slowly bend your upper body until your body is parallel to the ground; keep your eyes on your hands. When inhaling, use your hands to turn your body as far to the right as possible, and when exhaling, turn to the left as far as possible.

Snake twist. Lie on your stomach with your palms flat on the floor on both sides of your chest. Inhale, lift your body up with your hands until your arms are fully extended. Exhale, hold—for a moment. Inhale and turn your body to the right with your head. When you exhale, look at your left heel. Hold for a few seconds. Inhale, turn your body to the left with your head, and exhale while looking at your right heel.

Before doing yoga, you must first pay attention to regulating your breathing. It will be healthier and easier to exercise after having reasonable breathing and exhalation. When doing yoga, you must pay attention to emptying your emotions. It is also very good to meditate while doing yoga. Don't try too difficult movements casually.
