Many people don’t have time during the day, so after work and dinner, they think about exercising at night. When exercising, people think of running. After dinner, they go out for a run. This kind of life is very good for everyone and seems very harmonious. However, they don’t know that running at night will actually cause harm to our bodies, causing us to lack sleep and physical strength. So is it good to run at night? Mornings and evenings are not good, the best time is between 3-8pm! Especially for outdoor exercise, the morning is the least suitable time, because the main reason is that plants absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide at night. In the early morning, when the sun first appears, the photosynthesis of plants has just begun. There is relatively less oxygen in the air and the concentration of carbon dioxide is higher. If you exercise earlier, the effect will be worse. In large and medium-sized cities, the atmospheric activity in the early morning is relatively still, and various exhaust gases are not easy to dissipate. This is the time of day when air pollution is more serious. On the other hand, from the perspective of the physiological changes of the human body, after a night of sleep, the water in the body is lost through the respiratory tract, skin, and feces. This makes the body's water intake insufficient to meet the output, causing the whole body's tissues, organs and even cells to be in a state of relative dehydration. When the body is not well hydrated, due to the decrease in circulating blood volume and the increase in blood viscosity, in mild cases, the speed of blood circulation throughout the body will be affected, and the body cannot meet the blood and oxygen supply to muscle tissue during exercise. Therefore, during exercise, the heart rate is likely to increase, the heart is short of breath, and the body temperature rises. In severe cases, especially when there is a disease, the sudden change from a static state to an intense exercise state is likely to induce thrombosis and myocardial infarction. Early morning exercise is especially not suitable for people with respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, and coronary heart disease! Then the best time to exercise is in the evening, because the human body has been active for most of the day, and responds best to activity and absorbs the most oxygen. The regulation of heart beat and blood pressure is most balanced between 5 and 6 pm, and the body's sense of smell, touch, and vision are most sensitive between 5 and 7 pm. Running at night is definitely not good. After night falls, the body has slowly begun to enter the sleep state. At this time, the body is in deep sleep. If you run at this time, it will be detrimental to the development of the body. Therefore, it is recommended that you should not choose to run and exercise at night. It is best to start running and exercising after getting up every morning. |
