Cross your fingers and bend them backwards while bending your upper body so that your back is parallel to the ground. Then lower your head and point your hands to the sky. Hold this position for about 10 seconds.

Stand about 1 meter in front of the chair with your feet about half a meter apart. Inhale, slowly bend your upper body so that your hands touch the upper edge of the chair back, and at this time try to stretch your back muscles as much as possible. Hold this position for about 10 seconds.

Of course, the time before going to bed should not be wasted. The snake yoga movement can relieve fatigue in the waist, back and shoulders, and promote sleep. Lie face down on the bed with your legs open, about shoulder-width apart, close to the bed, support yourself with your hands, straighten your upper body, raise your head, stretch your waist and back upwards as much as possible, and stretch your neck backwards.
