Stretch your arms, make fists, and place them under your thighs. 3. Stretch your legs, put your fingertips on the ground, and keep your heels and toes together. Inhale, lift your legs to the highest point, hold your breath, and tighten your buttocks muscles. Keep it on for as long as possible. 4. Exhale slowly and slowly return your legs to their original position. Purpose: If you find it too difficult to lift both legs, you can lift one leg alternately. You can also start with one cheek on the ground, and when you lift your leg backward, raise your head and support your body with your chin. Action steps: 1.
