How to do slimming yoga while lying down

If you want to lose weight, you must not be lazy about exercise, because only exercise can burn body fat and achieve the ideal weight loss effect. However, many people complain that they are busy at work and have no time to exercise, so naturally they can't lose weight better. For this kind of complaint, I would like to recommend to you some yoga methods that can help you lose weight while you are lying down.

1. Lie on the yoga mat with your hands naturally placed on both sides of your body. Prepare two towels.

2. Lift your feet and bend your knees. Grasp both ends of the towel with your hands and place them on your thighs.

3. Put down your right foot, lift your left foot, and stretch it upward. Wrap the towel around your feet and hold them with both hands. This stretches the muscles in the back of the foot. Hold for 5 breaths

4. Lift the other leg and wrap a towel around the sole of the foot, stretching in the same way.

5. Open your legs and stretch the muscles on the inside of your thighs. Hold for 5 breaths.

6. Lie flat on the yoga mat with your hands on both sides of your body. Relax and catch your breath.

7.Similarly, lift your feet and bend your knees.

8. Bend your feet in front of your chest and hug your knees with your hands. Adjust your breathing and hold for 5 breaths.

If you can stick to doing the above exercises before going to bed at night, you can better achieve the weight loss effect. So when your body is over-accumulated with fat, don’t always think that you don’t have time to lose weight, or don’t know what kind of weight loss method you should take. Follow the yoga movements introduced above and you will have the weight loss effect.
