Twisting Yoga

Hold the position for a few seconds, inhale and return to the original position. Then repeat on the other side.

Function: This movement can massage the spine and beautify the lines of the waist and neck.

Note: Breathe well, relax your facial muscles, and when turning around, do not put your center of gravity on the supporting arm.
