What kind of exercise can help you grow taller

Height is determined by one's genes, that is to say, whether a person is tall or short is determined by nature, and this is something that no one can change. Some people are ridiculed for being short and are eager to find ways to grow taller, which is fine. We can find ways to help ourselves grow taller based on acquired factors, and exercise is the best way to help ourselves grow taller.

1. Leisure sports

Leisure sports can cultivate sentiment. Such activities in life mainly include walking, climbing stairs, riding a bike to work, gardening, housework, shopping, etc. The best of these are walking, cycling and gardening. If you don’t have the opportunity to do gardening, you can walk and ride a bike more often, and it is best to persist for more than 30 minutes each time. Among housework, cleaning windows, mopping the floor, and washing clothes can all provide good exercise.

2. Muscle exercise

Muscle strength training is the most easily overlooked in daily life. Aerobic exercise has a low impact on muscle, so make sure you carve out time each week for dedicated strength training. Suitable exercises for daily training include sit-ups and burpees, and you can also use dumbbells to do some upper limb weight-bearing exercises.

3. Stretching

This type of exercise mainly includes yoga, stretching exercises, and soft gymnastics. Office workers should do more stretching for their shoulders, neck and back, such as standing next to a wall and doing the "wall climbing exercise" by stretching their hands upward along the wall; making fists behind their backs to stretch their backs; raising their hands above their heads, bending their waist backwards and stretching their abdomens.

It is not terrible to be born with bad fate and not have the gene to grow tall. We cannot be easily defeated by this pain, but should face it with an optimistic attitude.
