How to do the five-step aerobics

Su Dongpo's saying "You clap once, I clap once, and we keep clapping until seventy-seven" helps open capillaries, improve blood circulation, and thus prevent cervical spondylosis. Use both hands to pat the neck and shoulders on the other side alternately, that is, pat the right shoulder with the left hand and the left shoulder with the right hand. The second sentence is "Take a deep breath, squat down, and go to the theater at 10:10." Deep breathing, especially abdominal breathing, can not only increase the amount of oxygen inhaled, but also exercise the diaphragm, provide gentle massage to the stomach, liver, spleen, intestines, etc., which is helpful to improve gastrointestinal function and protect internal organs.

“Squats and Stands” is mainly for people with poor sleep. Do it every day and then gradually increase the number of times you do it. “Going to the theater at 10:10” is also especially good for the cervical spine. Stretch your arms to both sides of the body, parallel to the ground. This will exercise your waist muscles, back muscles, chest muscles, and neck muscles. "Going to the theatre" means standing on tiptoe and craning your neck. Hold this position for a few seconds, then repeat it.

The five-step aerobics is very simple and can be done indoors or even in the office. When you are tired at work, stand up and follow the steps above. I believe it will achieve very good results.
