Use the inner edge of your right foot to push off the ground, shift your body's center of gravity to the left, and slide backward with your left foot. Stretch your right leg in front of you and then place your right foot on the side of your left foot to return to the starting position. Then push off the ground with your left foot, shift your body's center of gravity to the right, and slide backward with your right foot. Extend your left leg in front of you and place your left foot next to your right foot. Then repeat the above movements in sequence. When doing the serpentine backward slide, pay attention to keeping the upper body slightly leaning forward at all times, keep both knees bent, and raise both hands to the sides of the body.
