Ice skating is a popular activity not only in summer but also in winter. If you skate in the summer, people prefer it because the indoor temperature of all ice rinks is relatively low. If you skate in the winter, it is very romantic for people. However, how to skate troubles many people, and many people have not learned it after a long period of study. It is mainly because your learning method is wrong. Let us learn how to skate together. First, keep your balance. If you are skating straight ahead, walk with your feet turned outward. Place one foot steadily and move the other foot smoothly outward at about 45 degrees. Shift your center of gravity to the side where you are paddling out. Lean your body slightly and then switch feet. Go slowly at the beginning. Once you have learned the movements and mastered the center of gravity, you can go faster! In fact, the most important thing is to practice more. The feeling is gained through practice. Don’t be afraid of falling! Just practice more! (1) Single-foot push-off and double-foot sliding exercise: Use the inner edge of your right foot to push the ground, pushing your center of gravity to the left leg that is sliding forward. After pushing the ground with your right foot, quickly bring it together with your left leg to slide with both feet. Then push the ground with your left foot to push your center of gravity onto your right leg that is sliding forward. After pushing the ground with your left foot, quickly bring your left foot and right leg together and slide. (2) Single-foot push-off and single-foot sliding: Lean your upper body forward, let your arms hang naturally, and separate your feet slightly, standing in an outward "eight" shape. Move your center of gravity to your right leg, push the ground with the inner edge of your right foot, and slide your left foot forward with force. As the pushing action is completed, push your center of gravity to your left leg, and support the inertial sliding with your left leg in a half-squat. Then pull your right leg forward and push the ground with your left foot at the same time. As the left leg's pushing action is completed, push your center of gravity to your right leg in a half-squat to support the inertial sliding. Repeat. (3) Initial experience of straight-track gliding: Lean your upper body forward, with shoulders and back slightly higher than your hips, clasp your hands behind your back or swing them naturally, bend your legs, with your upper body at an angle of 15 to 20 degrees to the ground, your knees at an angle of 90 to 110 degrees, and your ankles at an angle of 50 to 70 degrees. Maintain this posture and practice single-foot pushing off the ground and single-foot supporting inertia sliding. (4) Arm swing action for straight-line skating: Powerful arm swings are accelerated swings forward and backward along the longitudinal axis of the body. When the arms swing upward, the pushing force of the legs can be increased. At the same time, the faster your arms swing, the faster your center of gravity moves. Therefore, to increase the frequency of sliding, it is necessary to reduce the amplitude of the swing arm and increase the frequency of the swing arm. The question of how to ice skate is not difficult to answer, and there are many methods. The important thing is whether people can find the most suitable method when learning to skate in daily life. Because many people's sense of balance is not very good, you must pay special attention in this process. It is best to use special methods to improve your sense of balance, which can reduce a lot of trouble and difficulties, so that you can skate more smoothly. |
