Running full body exercise

Running full body exercise

We all know that running is a whole-body exercise. It can exercise our thighs and calves very well, but we must pay attention to the running posture so that we can exercise the whole body. If we want to exercise in our lives, we should not only run, but also do supine exercises and other sports to achieve the effect of full-body exercise. It is recommended that everyone can stick to it.

Running actually exercises almost all the muscles in the body, mainly the thighs and calves. The anterior lateral group, the posterior group, and the medial group. The quadriceps femoris is one of the anterolateral muscles, which includes the rectus, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, and vastus medialis. The anterolateral group also includes the sartorius muscle, one of the longest muscles in the human body, and the tensor fasciae latae;

The upper body is slightly tilted forward and the legs are slightly bent. At the same time, the left foot uses the force of the right foot to jump out about 85 cm. The front of the foot touches the ground first, and the center of gravity of the body moves forward. The right foot moves in the same way. The upper body remains upright and the arms swing naturally back and forth. When swinging the arms forward, the upper arms are slightly straight, the elbows are close to the waist, the forearms are slightly flat and slightly closed inward, and the inner sides of the two fists are about 10 cm away from the button line. When swinging the arms backward, the fists are close to the waist.

Swing your thighs and knees forward instead of lifting them up. Any lateral movement of the leg is unnecessary and can easily cause knee injury, so the forward swing of the thigh should be straight. At the same time, pay attention to the cushioning of the calf muscles and Achilles tendon when landing. When landing, the calf should actively dig into the ground backwards to make the body move forward actively. In addition, the calf should be swung forward in the correct direction, and the foot should be facing forward as much as possible, not turned outward or backward, otherwise the knee and ankle joints may be easily injured.

I believe that after reading this article, everyone knows that running can exercise muscles all over the body, but running mainly exercises the thigh muscles and calf muscles. So if you want to exercise your abdominal muscles and pectoral muscles, you still need to adopt other exercise methods in your life so that the muscles of the whole body can be exercised.
