How to arrange muscle-building exercise time

Muscle-building exercises are actually what we usually call muscle training. There are differences between muscle training and ordinary physical exercise. Generally, muscle-building exercises involve some strength training, which can accelerate muscle formation. Scientifically speaking, the time for muscle-building exercises should be between 4 and 6 p.m., or between 8 and 10 p.m., because the body's functions are active during these two time periods, and exercise can achieve better and faster results.

It is recommended to eat small and frequent meals for muscle building exercises. Give yourself some snacks after meals. In addition, thin people should not exercise on an empty stomach. On the one hand, it will consume too much muscle, and on the other hand, it will cause dizziness due to low sugar. It is best to consume more carbohydrates before exercising. Chocolate and bananas with high sugar content are good choices. After exercising, you should also supplement with an appropriate amount of sugar and protein.

Muscle-building exercises can be scheduled 3 times a week, and each session is recommended not to exceed 1 hour. After 2 to 3 months of exercise, your physical strength will be significantly enhanced and you will have more energy than before. At this time, you should focus on training large muscle groups, such as the pectoralis major, deltoids, biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus and quadriceps, and the amount of exercise should be adjusted at any time.

To build muscle, the muscle groups in the same part can be trained with different movements and different equipment, and the trained muscle groups must contract independently. As your muscle strength increases and your movement coordination improves, the effects of exercise will become more and more significant. Generally speaking, the exercise movements should be changed every one and a half to two months.

In addition, everyone should also pay attention to the fact that you must concentrate when doing muscle-building exercises. Many people like to listen to music and chat during exercise. In fact, this is unscientific. The muscles of the exercised parts should feel sore, swollen, full and hot to achieve the best exercise effect. Muscle-building exercises also require a period of persistence to achieve. Generally, the cycle of muscle-building exercises is half a year.
