What are some weight loss exercises to slim down your legs?

After happily spending a holiday, the editor discovered a scary phenomenon: his waist circumference had become a little bit wider. As for how much this little bit was, the editor kept it secret. There is no way out. I am distressed every day. My best friend gave me a good idea - do weight loss exercises. I exercise every day, and after a period of time, I really lost weight. Now, I would like to introduce my weight loss exercise to you:

Slimming Legs

Step 1: Lie flat on your back and push your waist up slightly until you can fit your palm in it. Then hold one knee with both hands and bring the knee as close to the chest as possible. While doing this movement, straighten the knee of your other leg as far as possible.

Step 2: Wrap your hands behind your knees, straighten your knees, and turn your toes toward your head. Bring the raised leg as close to your chest as possible, and be careful not to let your shoulder leave the ground during this movement. Just hold for 20 seconds.

Step 3: Spread your legs as far apart as a fist, toes pointing forward, hips raised, and limbs on the ground. Keep your knees straight and move your heels up and down. Perform 20 times.

Step 4: Place the soles of your feet about a palm's distance away from each other. Lift your pelvis, consciously stretch your inner thighs, and press your knees toward the ground as much as possible. Hold this position for 20 seconds.

Hip lift

Step 1: Lie flat on your back with your arms raised and your back straight. Heels together, toes out at a 45-degree angle. Hold your buttocks tight for 20 seconds.

Step 2: Open your legs, with your ankles and knees about a fist's distance apart. Lift your pelvis upward, forming a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Spread the outer sides of both knees evenly and press the outer sides of the soles of the feet against the ground to stimulate the buttocks. Hold for 10 seconds.

Step 3: Keep your pelvis in place and open your knees evenly. Press the outside of your foot into the ground, keep your pelvis level, and lift one leg. Hold for 15 seconds.

Step 4: Straighten your knees and form a straight line from your feet to your shoulders, and be careful not to let your hips collapse. Hold for 15 seconds. If your thighs can't support it, just hold it for 3 seconds. It is best to have someone help you when doing this.

According to the editor's personal experience, although these weight loss exercises seem simple, the effects are really good. As the saying goes, only persistence can lead to victory. However, there is actually a saying that being able to eat is a blessing. Fat people also have their spring. Don’t underestimate their potential. As long as you keep exercising and get rid of the fat on your body, you may become a beauty.
