3. Pay attention to warming up. The temperature at the ski resort is low and your body will be stiff. If your joints and muscles are not flexible, you will easily get injured as soon as you start skiing. Before going on the ski slope, you should mobilize multiple joints such as the hip, knee, ankle, and wrist. The correct skiing posture is to have your knees slightly bent, not straight. 4. Beginners who learn to ski should practice walking on flat ground first. After learning to walk, they can learn to ski. The basic skills of "walking" include walking with a snowboard, mountaineering walking in an eight-shaped posture, sideways walking, and walking with a snowboard that changes direction.
