What are anaerobic exercises?

We all know that anaerobic exercise is beneficial for people to lose weight, because anaerobic exercise consumes a lot of people's physical strength and allows people to lose excess fat on their bodies to the greatest extent. Of course, it is also the best type of exercise among all types of exercise. So what are the anaerobic exercises? Especially those who are not in good health or need to lose weight should pay more attention to it. Next, let us learn about what anaerobic exercises are.

Anaerobic exercise refers to the high-speed and intense movement of muscles in a state of "oxygen deprivation". Most anaerobic exercises are high-intensity and instantaneous, so they are difficult to sustain for a long time and fatigue is eliminated slowly. The biggest feature of anaerobic exercise is that the oxygen intake during exercise is very low. Due to the excessive speed and explosive power, the sugar in the human body does not have time to be decomposed by oxygen and has to rely on "anaerobic energy supply". This type of exercise will produce too much lactic acid in the body, leading to unsustainable muscle fatigue, muscle soreness and shortness of breath after exercise. If you want to make your body stronger, you can go to the gym to do anaerobic exercises. However, when exercising, it is best to follow the guidance of your coach and choose a training plan that suits you.

Sports can be divided into three major types: aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, and mixed exercise. Aerobic exercise, also known as aerobic metabolic exercise, refers to endurance exercise performed by the human body with adequate oxygen supply. During the entire exercise process, the amount of oxygen inhaled by the human body is roughly equal to the amount required, that is, a balance is achieved.

The characteristics of aerobic exercise are: low intensity, rhythmic, uninterrupted, and long duration. Generally speaking, aerobic exercise does not require high sports skills and is simple and easy to do. For example, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, playing tennis, skating, skiing, Tai Chi, dancing, and aerobics are all aerobic exercises. Aerobic exercise is the oxidative decomposition of sugar in the body when there is sufficient oxygen supply, which produces carbon dioxide and water, releases energy, and can be sustained for 10 minutes to several hours. Since sugar can be fully oxidized and decomposed, there is no lactic acid accumulation in the body, and it can also consume body fat over a long period of time.

Aerobic exercise is the main method of exercise for fitness and weight loss. It requires people to exercise for 45 to 60 minutes each time. The heart rate during exercise should reach 120 to 140 beats per minute. It is best to do it 3 to 5 times a week.

Anaerobic exercise is the anaerobic fermentation of sugar when the oxygen supply is insufficient, resulting in the formation of lactic acid. The lactic acid system can provide energy for 10 to 180 seconds. For example, 100m or 200m races, high jump, long jump, weightlifting and throwing which require high-speed and short-term explosive power. Because the speed is too fast, the sugar in the body does not have time to be oxidized and decomposed, and has to rely on "anaerobic energy supply". Sports and health care: Anaerobic exercise produces a lot of lactic acid accumulation in the body, leading to muscle soreness. The exercise also requires heavy breathing, which has a great impact on the human body, so it is not suitable for physical health care.

In sports, there are many cases where the two are mixed irregularly, and the same event can be either aerobic or anaerobic due to different exercise methods. For example, long-distance running and easy jogging are aerobic exercises, while all-out running during a competition is anaerobic exercise.

What are anaerobic exercises? For example, running. The running here is not the jogging we do, but running fast. Because anaerobic exercise is very challenging to a person's physical fitness, people who are not in good health or suffer from some diseases should not do anaerobic exercise, otherwise it will bring many bad consequences, which is of course what we don't want to see.
