1. Warm-up exercises

In this way, within the appropriate time frame, the excess calories in your body can be fully burned without making your calves thicker.

2. Aerobic exercise

Real aerobic exercise is to oxidize and decompose the fat in the cells under aerobic conditions. When the exercise time is insufficient, fat cannot be fully broken down. When the exercise intensifies, less oxygen will enter your body. After soaking, massage your calves with body lotion, or you can use regular lotion. When massaging, you should follow the direction of muscle stretching from bottom to top. You can also pat gently to allow the calves to better absorb nutrients. Moreover, you can also make the leg muscles stretch longitudinally along the direction of your massage to maintain your pair of beautiful legs.
