Method 1: Stand with your legs straight and your back straight. Raise your hands up from both sides of your body and put them together above your head. Stretch your arms straight, lift your left leg, and place your left foot on top of your right knee. Pay attention to keeping your chest up and your abdomen in. Maintain this position for 10 breaths, then relax, switch legs and practice again. Repeat 10 times.

Method 2: Stand with your legs straight and your back straight. Raise your hands up from both sides of your body and put them together above your head. Stretch your arms out straight and keep your chest and abdomen in. Take a deep breath, slowly bend your upper body and hands to the left, and turn your head to the right. Exhale, return to the starting standing position, switch to the other side and repeat the exercise, and do it 10 times.

Method 3: Lie prone on the ground with your legs straight, face down, and your elbows bent near your shoulders. Keep your legs together and your feet flat on the ground. Inhale, use your hands to lift your upper body backwards until your pubic bone touches the ground, hold the position for 10 breaths, then lower it, and repeat this movement 10 times.

Method 4: Kneel on the ground with your knees, support yourself with your hands straight, relax your waist, and open your knees to shoulder width. Lift your head and lower your waist. Inhale, arch your waist upward, lower your head, and keep your chin as close to your collarbone as possible. Hold for 3 breaths and do 10 reps. Then sit down with your buttocks resting on your heels, your arms stretched forward, your waist and head pressed to the ground, and your back relaxed.
