Exercise steps: 1) Stand up and breathe normally. 2) Take a step to the left with your left leg, with your toes facing the left, your knees bent, and your right leg even, with both legs in a lunge. Cross your index fingers, inhale, turn your palms outward, raise your arms above your head, and pull to the right, trying not to bend your elbows. The whole body is on one plane. 3) Hold for five deep breaths, return to the original position, and then switch to the other side.
