Hamstring stretch (back of thigh)

Step your left leg forward, with your heel touching the ground and your toes pointing toward the ceiling. Bend your right knee and gently lean your upper body forward, lifting your hips. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, then repeat with the other leg. You will feel a stretch in the back of your thigh.
