How to do aerobic exercise and strength training

The so-called aerobic exercise is to perform various physical exercises when the oxygen supply is sufficient. This kind of exercise can meet the body's demand for oxygen at the same time, allowing the regenerated body to find a balanced state. Aerobic exercise also has a strong rhythmicity. The general exercise time is more than 15 minutes, and the intensity of exercise is medium to high. In fact, aerobic exercise and strength training are not contradictory, and there is no particular order of priority.

Aerobic exercise, as the name suggests, is physical exercise performed in a state of sufficient oxygen. You can understand it simply as follows: any exercise that lasts for a long time, has a strong rhythm, and maintains a heart rate at 60% to 80% of the maximum heart rate can be called aerobic exercise. (Almost to the point of being out of breath. The issue of heart rate will be mentioned later) For example, running, cycling, dancing, various aerobics and so on. This is aerobic exercise.

There are many sports that cannot be distinguished whether they are aerobic or anaerobic, such as weightlifting and sprinting. I can say for sure that these are anaerobic, but can you tell me what kind of sport is basketball? It’s hard to say, so you can only say which aspect a certain sport focuses on. Some people use lactate threshold to distinguish between absolute aerobic and absolute anaerobic, but I disagree. For example, if I combine several strength training movements together and shorten the rest time between sets, I can still achieve the aerobic effect, such as circuit training and anaerobic intervals. So aerobic or anaerobic is not certain, don’t worry about it. What I am going to say below about strength training first and aerobic training later refers to the more traditional training, that is, training in which strength training and aerobic training are completely isolated.

This is an aerobic exercise and can also be a form of strength training. A large part of strength training is aerobic exercise. So aerobic exercise and strength training have their intersections, and there is no question of order. It should be noted that many strength training exercises are aerobic exercises at the beginning, and gradually transition to anaerobic exercises in the later stages of training.
