Put your hands on your hips, open your eyes wide, bend over and rotate your head, with your eyeballs positioned to the lower left, left outside, upper left, upper middle, upper right, right outside, lower right, and lower middle; then reverse the direction and rotate your eyeballs 360 degrees to the lower, right outside, upper right, upper middle, upper left, left outside, lower left, and lower middle 20 to 30 times each. To exercise the elasticity of the eye muscles.

Fourth quarter: Take a deep breath. Raise your hands and place them on both sides of your ears, and breathe in and out deeply naturally. To increase lung capacity, improve the oxygen carrying rate of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood, ensure that the cerebral cortex has sufficient oxygen supply, and ensure that the intraocular muscle tissue can be effectively regulated.
