Body stretching exercises are generally used to relax the body or help relieve muscle fatigue, and stretching exercises are not only done after exercise, but can also be done at normal times, so that body stretching exercises are more widespread. When doing stretching exercises, you should pay attention to the fact that even small exercises like stretching require warm-up. Generally, a simple warm-up is enough, but do not skip warm-up. After all, stretching exercises are not completely injury-free.

1. Perform a simple warm-up before muscle stretching, such as jogging on the spot and stretching for 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Static stretching is generally used. The so-called static stretching is to maintain a posture and remain motionless.

3. The stretching movements of the muscles in each part need to be maintained for more than 15 seconds.

4. Stretch the muscles with enough strength to cause a slight soreness in the stretched area.

Only by doing the above four points can you fully enjoy the relaxation that stretching the muscles brings to various parts of the body.

Generally there are two types of stretching exercises: static stretching and dynamic stretching. Static stretching exercises generally mean maintaining a fixed position, while dynamic stretching exercises require slight movement. Generally speaking, if it is a muscle stretching exercise, it usually needs to be maintained for more than fifteen seconds to be effective.
