What is leg stretching?

You always sit or stand when you are working or surfing the Internet, which inevitably causes back pain and neck pain. Doing this in the long run will damage your health and increase the risk of illness. Cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis will follow, not only causing you pain, but also increasing the burden on your family. For the sake of yourself and your family, you must take time to exercise. However, many people don’t know that they need to do some stretching exercises before exercising. For example, when doing leg exercises, they need to open the leg muscles and joints and do leg stretching exercises before they can start. So what are leg stretching exercises?

The first one:

1. Sit on the ground with your legs crossed and your hands in front of you.

Second type:

1. Sit with your knees bent, keep your calves as close to your thighs and buttocks as possible, and put your hands behind your back.

2. Lie down slowly until your body is flat on the ground with your hands flat on your sides. Maintain the movement for 15 to 30 seconds. Do this once a day.

The third type:

Start from the inside of your knee and straighten your heel with your toes pointed. Do not hunch your shoulders upward and do not bend your elbows. Hold for 8 seconds, then lower your foot back down. Repeat 4 sets.

I believe that after reading the introduction above, everyone has some understanding of leg stretching exercises. Although leg stretching exercises are a prelude to exercise, they are indispensable. They can prevent muscle and ligament strain during exercise. Doing some leg stretching exercises can also prevent the legs from becoming thicker.
