Winter is here again, and many people have started to do some skiing exercises. Snowboarding is a very good enjoyment, and it can also effectively help us improve our balance ability. It will have a great positive effect on our entire body, and it can also help us breathe some fresh air. However, we must understand the snowboarding methods in advance.

Beginners should try to practice in a relatively flat and wide area. Generally 15-16 degrees is more suitable.

Wear protective gear. Protective gear includes hip pads and knee pads, which are essential. Hand guards and elbow guards are not very useful, but they are better than not having them. A helmet can be unnecessary at the beginning, but it becomes necessary when you start changing edges from zigzag.

Choose the bindings well, generally the front foot should be tilted 5-10 degrees forward and the back foot should be tilted 0-5 degrees forward.

Do some warm-up exercises, because the protection provided by protective gear can never be as good as your own protection. After warm-up, the joints will secrete an appropriate amount of tissue fluid and the muscles will be able to move. This is not the radio gymnastics in middle school. This is not a formal thing. This is crucial. When a person falls, the whole body will be tense. Even if you fall after the body is relaxed, it will be different from falling with the whole body tense.

Parts of the body that are moved: neck, wrists, ankles, knees, and waist. Don’t be stingy with your time, there will be no harm in doing more warm-up exercises.

Knowing some snowboarding techniques in advance can help us achieve the best skiing results, effectively help us reduce many situations such as falls, and reduce unnecessary bumps and bruises. At the same time, we must also take corresponding protective measures.
