Yoga for slimming and tummy control

1. Low sit-ups 1. Lie on your back on the yoga mat, put your hands behind your ears, bend your knees, and spread your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Exhale and lift your body up until your knees are level with your eyes. Inhale and hold the position for a few seconds. Exhale and slowly return your body to a lying position. Repeat the action 8-10 times.

2. Long Bridge Arm Extension 1. Lie on your back on the yoga mat with your legs straight and your feet crossed. Exhale, lift your shoulders, look at your toes, and stretch your arms naturally to the same height as your toes. 2. Inhale and extend your arms behind your ears. Exhale and stretch your arms out. Control your breathing rhythm and repeat the movement of raising and extending your arms 15-20 times.

3. Tilt and Swing 1. Lie on your back on the yoga mat, bend your knees, spread your legs shoulder-width apart, and hold your hands behind your ears. Inhale and slowly lift your shoulders and upper back off the ground until your eyes are at the same height as your knees. Keeping your lower body stable, inhale and twist your upper body to the left. 2. Inhale, twist to the right, and stretch your left arm toward your right knee. Control the rhythm of your breathing and twist alternately left and right 15-20 times.

By practicing yoga as mentioned above, you can more easily achieve the effect of slimming and tightening your abdomen. Of course, you must also pay attention to long-term persistence in yoga, especially at the beginning, some people with poor flexibility will feel sore waist and legs, but after long-term persistence, the soreness will be reduced. Generally, after about a month, the beauty of the lines will be reflected.
