Roll the eyes: first left and right, then up and down, more than 10 times each. It can enhance vision and reduce eyestrain.

Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and take deep breaths. When you inhale, push your abdomen up forcefully, and when you exhale, relax it. One inhalation and one exhalation counts as one time. Do 10 times. Cat body: Lie on the bed, spread your arms, straighten and close your eyes, raise your arms, arch your waist like a cat arching its back, then put down your raised arms, repeat more than 10 times, which can promote the smooth flow of Qi and blood throughout the body, prevent and treat diseases such as back pain.

Teeth tapping: Sit upright and tap your upper and lower teeth against each other, about 50 times each time. This method can enhance the toughness of the periodontal fiber structure, promote blood circulation in the gums and face, tighten the teeth, and prevent dental diseases.
