What are the methods of hand exercise?

Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to physical health. As the production technology is constantly improving, people's hands have been greatly liberated and they have a lot of free time. Therefore, in their spare time, they pay more attention to how to improve their physical fitness through exercise. Exercises can be performed with bare hands or with the aid of equipment. When exercise equipment is difficult to find, you can exercise directly with your hands.

Exercise method 1: Lie on your back with your knees bent, raise your legs, then grab your right calf with your left hand, and slowly open and close it to both sides of your body. If you do five times as one round, you can do it once or twice a day. Be careful not to be greedy and do too much in one breath. Exerting too much force will cause muscle fatigue and have the opposite effect.

Exercise method 2: Sit on the bed with your legs spread as wide as possible. Then stretch your hands forward and bend your body forward with the goal of touching your forehead to the bed. If you do three to five times as one round, you can do it two to three times a day. Although you may feel a little pain between your legs when you spread your legs and bend over, you still have to endure it because the action of spreading your legs is very important. Of course, when you first start doing it, it’s hard to touch your forehead to the bed; as long as you persevere, you can do it in about a month. If you do this exercise every day, your erection power will be greatly improved after a month.

Exercise method three: Lower abdominal friction: Before going to bed, place one hand on the lower abdomen below the navel and above the pubic bone, and the other hand on the waist. Then, while pressing the waist, rub the lower abdomen slowly from right to left with your hands until you feel warmth in the abdomen.

The above introduces some simple methods of exercising your hands. A big advantage of these exercises is that they do not require the use of hard-to-find equipment. Sometimes you only need an empty space or an ordinary bed to exercise. Bodyweight exercises can be done anytime and anywhere and are a good way to exercise your body. However, no matter which type of exercise you do, you will only achieve results if you persist.
