Put your legs together, first put your center of gravity on your right leg, when you inhale, bend your left leg inward, let the tip of your nose touch your knee, when you exhale, raise your head, chest, push your left leg backward and lift it up, make sure your toes are hooked back, and lift your thoracic spine upward. Look straight ahead and downward.

Practice this several times repeatedly, and then take a break after you finish, sit back with your hips and forehead close to the floor, adjust your spine and relieve fatigue in your waist and back. After resting, you can do yoga exercises on the other side of your body, putting your center of gravity on your left leg. When you inhale, bend your right leg inward. When you exhale, raise your head, chest, push your left leg backward and lift it up. The movement is consistent with that of the right leg.
