Teacher Amar, who is in charge of teaching the physiotherapy courses, was a teacher at Vikanada Yoga University in Bangalore, India. He has been engaged in yoga teaching for 13 years and is particularly good at spinal physiotherapy courses.

Qian Lihong, who works in a government agency, started practicing yoga in 2007. She described her experience of the course: "My entire spine feels more relaxed, and my whole body feels comfortable." She smiled and said, "In addition to physical relaxation, my breathing is also adjusted, my mood is also happy, and I can lose weight, haha!"
