The correct fitness method is the key to a good figure

No matter what exercise we do, it is best to do three to five minutes of warm-up exercises before doing it. Warm-up exercises can not only prevent us from getting injured during exercise, but also allow us to fully enjoy the fun of fitness. So what should we pay attention to during fitness? 1. Warm-up activities

Before engaging in various sports or strength training, you must do some proper warm-up exercises to fully mobilize your body so that you will not get hurt. Otherwise, it may cause very serious injuries, ranging from muscle strain to joint damage.

Not doing warm-up exercises will also affect the entire exercise, which is to reduce efficiency. Warming up before a workout is like warming up your car before you drive it, and is an important step to getting the best results.

2. Develop a fitness plan

Fitness should be regular and not done on a whim, training this today and that tomorrow. You should make a training plan and once you decide on it, you must stick to it and continue exercising. But this doesn't mean that once a plan is made, it is set in stone. Some people follow the same plan for a year without changing it, which is also wrong.

If you want to have a long-term effect, you should change your training plan every two months or so. Without training diversity, it is impossible to achieve satisfactory results.

Of course, if an exercise works well for you, you might as well use it, but simply changing the angle, intensity or length of time may make it more interesting and effective for you.

3. Pay more attention to rest

If you lack rest, your physical strength will decline and the effect of exercise will also decrease. Ensuring 7 to 8 hours of high-quality sleep every night is very important for ensuring physical recovery. In addition, exercise every part of the body in a balanced manner and do not let any one part become overly fatigued.

4. Gradually increase the intensity

Increasing fitness intensity is a gradual process. You cannot always use the same intensity for long-term exercise. You should increase the intensity a little after a period of time and complete each set of exercise 100%, otherwise it will be meaningless. But increasing intensity may not be suitable for everyone, it depends on the individual.

5. Keep a fitness diary

It is best to record your fitness status after exercise, write down the time of each exercise, the type and weight of equipment used, the intensity of exercise and your physical condition. This habit can help you have a clear idea of ​​your progress, which not only increases your fun and confidence, but also helps you achieve the best results.
