Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointed out. Hold on to the chair with your left hand (like a ballerina would hold on to the armrest during practice) and place your right arm at your side. Walk your right leg behind you, bending your knees (as if you were curtseying). At the same time, extend your right arm overhead and bend slightly to the left. Straighten your legs and lift your right knee to the side, bending your body so that your right elbow touches your right knee. Without stopping, repeat 25 times as fast as you can, then switch sides. Make it easier: Move your right foot to the right side, keeping your toes on the ground. Don't lift your foot to let your knee touch your elbow.

Stand with your heels together and toes pointed out, holding onto a chair with your left hand. Raise your right arm overhead, keeping your abs tight, and lift your right leg forward as high as you can without arching your back. Extend your right arm out to the right and at the same time turn your right leg to the right, but do not lower your leg. As you lean forward, continue to row your right leg backward and extend your right arm forward. (As shown below) Put your right foot back on the ground and return to the original position. Repeat several times, then switch sides.

The most important thing about exercise is persistence. You may not see obvious results immediately at the beginning. It would be a pity if you give up at this time. You will slowly see the results if you persist for a long time. Everyone has a different physique, so the time it takes to see results may also be different, so you need to persist.
