When you stretch as far as you can, you're doing it right. Warming up is important. Don't do difficult movements at the beginning to avoid sports injuries. It is best to do some yoga warm-up exercises first. Before starting exercise, you can walk for 5 minutes or climb stairs to fully exercise your whole body. Take it step by step to avoid shocking your body. Try to relax as much as possible during the exercise, and allow a little soreness in the body, but do not overexert yourself or force the movements;
