Horse stance: Stand at attention and prepare (Only by doing it step by step can you avoid making mistakes. Spread your legs apart (take a big step to the left, the distance should be the length of two feet: the length from the left toe to the right heel. Make fists with your palms facing up and place them on your waist (left fist on the left, right fist on the right. - -!). Remember, try to keep your fists in contact with your waist (you may feel some arm cramps at first, but it is good for your body). Keep your chest up and waist straight, and squat down until your waist is almost bent. Push your knees out as far as possible. Look straight ahead with your eyes, and have a "spirit" (not angry, you have to find that feeling yourself). Eyes are very important for a martial artist. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth (upper teeth), take a deep breath, and exhale slowly (through your nose, of course, with your mouth closed). To put it simply, it means "stand at attention with your feet apart, clenched fists and place them at the sides of your waist, palms facing up, chest out, waist straight, squat down, knees outward, eyes like swords against the upper palate, breathe in deeply and exhale slowly." It only takes 7 minutes to do the horse stance for the first time. Most normal people give up after 3 minutes.
