Daily method:

1. Coarse salt has a sweating effect, which can excrete waste and excess water from the body. Buy a few bags of kosher salt at a supermarket or grocery store. Before taking a bath, take a cup of coarse salt and add a little hot water to make a paste, then apply it on your abdomen. After 8 minutes, rinse the coarse salt with hot water, or you can massage it and then rinse it off, and then you can start taking a bath. Alternatively, after taking a shower, sprinkle a tablespoon of coarse salt on the palm of your hand and massage your abdomen directly. Be careful not to rub too hard to avoid roughening the skin.
