What are the precautions for badminton?

In fact, many people are more likely to get injured while playing sports, so this is indeed something we need to pay attention to. Because playing sports is for entertainment or to exercise your body, but if you get hurt, it will not be worth it. Therefore, you must understand a few sports precautions when playing badminton to avoid more injuries.

Failure to pay attention to warm-up before exercise, or doing the warm-up inadequately, incorrectly, and unscientifically, are important causes of badminton injuries. If the warm-up is not sufficient, the muscles, internal organs, and nervous system functions will not be excited, and the muscles will not receive enough blood supply. If you exercise in such a physical state, your movements will be stiff, uncoordinated, and easily cause injuries.

Before starting exercise, you should first perform comprehensive, general warm-up exercises, such as movements of the joints from top to bottom, including circling, stretching ligaments, and jogging. Then some special warm-up activities should be carried out, such as racket swinging exercises, starting footwork, and running exercises in the forward, backward, left and right directions. The amount and time of warm-up exercises should be controlled well. You can't be motionless, but also not too intense. It is best to feel warm and sweat slightly.

Especially in cold winter, warm-up exercises are particularly important to avoid injuries caused by stiff muscles and ligaments and lack of mobility.

After exercise, you should do active finishing and relaxation activities to promote muscle recovery. Doing some static stretching exercises and massage relaxation activities to stretch muscles and ligaments in time after exercise can promote muscle lactic acid metabolism to relieve muscle and joint soreness, promote recovery from muscle fatigue, and reduce injuries caused by muscle failure to recover after further exercise. The method is to use kneading, tapping, shaking and other methods to relax muscle parts with heavy loads. Generally speaking, you should pay attention to relaxing and finishing activities during or after exercise.

The above are a few things you need to pay attention to when playing badminton. I hope everyone can pay special attention to these issues, abide by and master some principles and techniques during the exercise. Before playing badminton, or do some warm-up exercises after playing, body stretching is also indispensable.
