Lie on your back on the floor with your hands at your sides. Using only your abdominal muscles, lift your hips off the ground while keeping your arms and shoulders pressed to the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds, then gently lower your body back to the ground. Repeat this for 15-20 minutes.
