Running is very necessary for breathing exercises, as is swimming. Running can exercise the cardiopulmonary function and respiratory muscles, increase lung capacity, and is the basis for long breathing. Breathe with your belly. When you inhale, expand your belly as wide as possible. When you exhale, contract your belly as small as possible. Then speed up the frequency. As you practice, your breath will become longer. Try to do 20 minutes of outdoor or indoor running every day. Running can tighten the muscles of the whole body, especially the lower body parts, such as thighs and calves, which helps expand cardiopulmonary function and increase the amount of oxygen absorbed by the lungs.

Exercising after dinner is mainly to consume excess calories in the body. However, it is not advisable to exercise immediately after dinner. At that time, the blood is concentrated in the stomach and intestines for digestion, and immediate exercise will affect digestion. It is best to go out half an hour after dinner. The most ideal way to exercise is brisk walking, and the time should be sustained for more than half an hour. This way, the fat cells throughout the body will be fully exercised, and aerobic respiration can be performed to oxidize the fat in the body. Therefore, aerobic exercise can help lose weight. When you run vigorously and become out of breath, your body is in a state of hypoxia to a certain extent, which makes it impossible to oxidize fat.

The first two types of exhalation intensity exercises are breathing exercises without making any sound, while singing exhalation intensity exercises are breathing exercises when singing with sound. The exhalation pressure is slightly greater than the resistance of the closed vocal cords, so the exhalation can break open the vocal cords. Since the exhalation pressure is only slightly greater than the resistance of the closed vocal cords, the vocal cords can quickly close again after the airflow breaks out of the vocal cords. The airflow then breaks open the closed vocal cords, and the vocal cords close again, and this cycle repeats, thus creating the air mass flow required for singing.

From the above, running can be used to practice breathing, but we must pay attention to the amount of exercise, because excessive exercise will cause us to be out of breath, which is quite harmful to the lungs. We recommend that you try aerobic exercise, or you can use methods such as inhalation exercises and swimming.
