My friends are all starting to learn how to swim. What are the precautions before and after swimming? I used to like water very much. When I went to the beach to play, I didn’t like to come out of the sea. But no one has ever accompanied me to learn swimming, and I didn't learn it because I felt it was boring. Now, my friends all want to learn from me and I am so happy. Although I usually like water, I don't know anything about it. I only know that I need to warm up before swimming. My friends taught me what to pay attention to before and after swimming.

1. Do not swim 40 minutes after a meal or on an empty stomach;

2. After strenuous exercise, being exposed to cold can easily cause shock, so swimming is not recommended;

Do not swim if you have a cold, are sick, unwell or weak. It is not suitable to swim during thunderstorms. The water temperature is too low or too cold to swim. It is forbidden to joke excessively with your companions while swimming. Don't go into the water casually, especially in the wild. Do not swim if the wind and waves are too strong or the lighting is poor. Do not swim or dive in unknown waters. Do not jump in shallow water or when there are many people. Swim in places with lifeguards and qualified facilities. Do some warm-up exercises before getting in the water. Bring all the equipment for going into the water, and be sure to bring swimming goggles. Avoid panicking or getting confused in the water. If you get cramps, stay calm and float on your back. Take the opportunity to participate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and water self-rescue training on weekdays. If someone is drowning, you should not jump into the water to save them if you are not sure. You can shout for help while using bamboo poles, branches, ropes, clothes or floating objects to rescue. When camping, fishing, or doing outdoor activities near water, be careful to prevent children from accidentally falling into the water. When swimming at the beach or outdoors, be careful to avoid sunburn and foot injuries.
