What are some exercises that can burn calories? In the hot summer, everyone has to wear less clothes. You can go to the gym for formal practice, or you can practice at home by yourself until you can achieve the effect of fitness. Today I would like to recommend an exercise that can burn calories.

1. Leg muscle stretching

Lie on your side, support yourself with your right elbow, stretch your left hand, keep it close to your left hip line, then lift your left leg as high as you can reach, making a 90-degree angle with the horizontal plane. Tighten your toes and insteps to stretch your quadriceps. Then slowly lower your legs, controlling and rhythmically, and repeat 30 times on each side.

2. Limb coordination

First, get on all fours, bend your waist, stretch out your fingers, and place your five fingers flat on the ground. Look in the direction of your fingers, stretch your neck about six inches, and stare at your fingertips. Raise your left arm to shoulder level, bend your right leg at the same time, put your center of gravity on your right leg, hold for one minute, then do the other direction. Repeat 30 times in each direction.

3. Sitting backwards

Place your right forearm on the ground and slowly lift your shoulder, keeping your leg, hip, and toes in a straight line. Then bend your back leg. This exercise is like driving a car in reverse. Repeat 30 times on each side. Be sure to use all your strength to get the movement right!

4. Side Bend Arm

Sit cross your legs and raise your arms to form a T, with your palms facing the ground. Then bend your arms and place your hands above your head. If you want to increase the strength, you can hold a water bottle in your hands with your palms facing outwards. The elbows should be at a 90-degree angle. Then straighten your arms, palms down and at shoulder height. Then return to the starting position, then switch to the other side and repeat the exercise 30 times on each side.

5. Twisted Legs "V" Exercise

Lie flat on the ground, put your hands behind your head, keep your elbows relaxed, lift your legs and cross them at your ankles, then lift your shoulder blades off the ground, straighten your legs in a V shape, and point your toes toward the sky. Repeat 30 times.

The resting metabolic rate is the body's overall energy output when at rest. Knowing the resting metabolic rate, we can determine the optimal number of calories needed per day. In order to accurately calculate the resting metabolic rate, we need to use an instrument to measure the amount of oxygen consumed and carbon dioxide excreted. But most of us don't have such precise settings, so I'll give you a recommended calculation method here.

1. Write down your weight in pounds (1 kg = 2.205 pounds)

2. Multiply this value by 20

This method can help you estimate the calories you burn each day.
