However, fitness requires mastering some methods, and correct fitness can achieve the desired effect. So how do we control the time of fitness effects?

Fitness does not necessarily need to be performed continuously throughout the day; intermittent exercise is also beneficial. It is important that you spend at least 30 minutes a day exercising because there are more than 400 muscles connected to your bones. Only by spending more than 30 minutes exercising can all your muscles be stretched or contracted. In order to prevent the effects of your exercise from disappearing quickly, you must exercise again after 48-72 hours to maintain the effects of the exercise. This means exercising at least three times a week (once every other day) to maintain a normal level of fitness.

In addition to the misunderstanding of time, people are also prone to fall into the misunderstanding of location when exercising. Due to limited space, some urban residents often choose to exercise on the side of the road. However, due to the heavy traffic, the large amount of exhaust gas emitted by cars seriously affects the air quality. This not only fails to achieve good fitness results, but may also cause harm to the body. Stadiums, parks, and green spaces are the best places for fitness.

If fitness is not scientific, it may not achieve the effect of physical exercise. Experts point out that fitness should be done after sunrise and before sunset, and should follow the principles of safety, moderation, and gradual progress, otherwise the fitness effect may be half the result with twice the effort.

So, exercising every day will not necessarily have any effect. The key is to master the correct time for exercising, and this requires us to persist for a long time to achieve the desired effect. This not only helps us exercise effectively and have a healthy body, but also allows us to have a devilish figure.
