What are the indoor sports?

Indoor and outdoor sports are mostly sports. There is a big difference between outdoor and indoor sports. Because the indoor space is relatively small, many things are not easy to expand during exercise. In the long run, it is easy to cause oppression and psychological pressure. Outdoor sports are when you do some larger or longer-distance sports. Such sports can release people's psychological pressure. However, there are many kinds of indoor sports. No matter how you exercise, there are many benefits. So what are the indoor sports?

1. Aerobics

Aerobics originated from traditional health dance and is an artistic sport. Aerobics athletes must perform a continuous, complex and highly coordinated dance. The dance steps and hand movements must demonstrate the perfect harmony between movement, music and performance, fully displaying the "fitness", "strength" and "beauty" characteristics of aerobics and its high artistry, and try to avoid repetitive movements. Aerobics competitions are divided into individual men's and women's competitions, mixed doubles competitions and trios competitions.

2. Bowling

Bowling is a sport with a long history and is popular all over the world. Its history can be traced back to the Roman era, ancient Egypt and even the Stone Age. The earliest record of bowling is that people found from the remains of the pyramids that the ancient Egyptians 7,000 years ago had balls made of round objects and bottles made of marble.

3. Chess

Chess is a mental sport. Whether it is Chinese chess or international chess, the goal is to win by being the first to capture the opponent's king (the king is called "general" or "general" in chess). Chess sports place great emphasis on the players' strategic application and calculation ability. In team competitions, teamwork among athletes is also emphasized.

These are all exercises that can be done indoors. Indoor exercises should also be decided based on your gender, age, and height, because many sports are suitable for others, but not necessarily for everyone. For example, indoor shooting requires taller people to complete it successfully. It is not ruled out that short people can complete it, but the chance of this is very small. Many aerobics, for example, are not suitable for people with diseases.
