Sit down, bend your right leg, place your right foot as close to your left buttock as possible, cross your left foot over your right thigh and place it on the outside of your right leg, straighten your back, extend your left arm behind your left, bend your right arm, place your elbow on the outside of your left knee, and spread your fingers pointing upwards.

Tree Pose

Stand with your left leg straight on the ground, bend your right leg, hook your right foot around your left knee, straighten your back, raise your arms above your head, put your hands together, and lift your chest.

Starting position

Stand, take a big step forward with your right foot, bend your knee 90 degrees, straighten your left leg and place it behind you, bend your body downward, stretch your arms on both sides of your right foot, straighten your back, and push your body forward as much as possible.
